Elizabeth earned a Finance Degree and built a solid career in the Investment Banking industry—and then she was struck with the realization that she was denying herself the opportunity to follow her passion. Making a bold career decision, Elizabeth became a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY! Elizabeth made her mark with the Lettuce Entertain You! Team in Chicago when they created Maggiano's. Elizabeth went on to become the Director of Culinary Operations and Training for Maggiano's and worked with the team that grew Maggiano's from a Chicago-based one restaurant operation to a National Powerhouse owned by Brinker International. Under the VSAG banner, Elizabeth works on a full range of projects relating to operations, material creation, and systems creation and implementation, and her newest passion, Talent Acquisition. In addition to being VSAG's top Director, Elizabeth is the VSAG Talent Scout: connecting our Clients directly to the talented operators in our extended network.
Most recently Elizabeth has been directing a marquee project for VSAG--creating the concept and all operational systems, specs and details for a new food and beverage operation for Cambria Suites--the newest creation of Choice Hotels International. The first ever Cambria Suites opens in mid 2006 and Elizabeth will be there to ensure VSAG's services continue to deliver on the promises for Choice Hotels.
