11/2/2008 VSAG steps into the role of comprehensive management company for the Agraria restaurant at Washington Harbour in Washington DC, with plans to reposition the brand and launch the restaurant with a revamped menu, new patio, and exciting an exciting new bar program.
 
10/19/2008 VSAG kicks-off work on developing a modern Asian concept, with a focus on specific niches within Asian cuisine. In addition to concept development, brand development and all operating systems and recipes, VSAG is providing master project management services.
 
9/12/2008 VSAG announces the grand opening of our most recently developed concept, Founding Farmers. This LEED Gold Certified and Green Restaurant Association Certified restaurant is one of the first in the country to achieve both of the certification levels.
 
8/7/2008 VSAG begins work on a new engagement developing a modern Mexican concept, for introduction in the U.S. as a prototype for international expansion.
 
7/3/2008 The Principals of VSAG spend a week in New York City, researching several categories of restaurants, eating their way through the latest trends, and documenting up and coming concepts.
 
6/19/2008 VSAG begins concept development and implementation planning for a new restaurant concept for Renown Health, a world-class hospital and health care campus in Reno, NV.
 
5/21/2008 VSAG is engaged to develop a new full service restaurant concept for a new flagship Marriott hotel.
 
4/5/2008 VSAG begins work on the development and launch of Cucina39, a high caliber gourmet line of Italian sauces and entrees for retail sale.
 
3/15/2008 VSAG begins a new project for a client developing a contemporary sushi and robata grill concept planned for Los Angeles.
 
2/25/2008 VSAG kicks-off three new projects for Clients developing new concepts targeting organic menus, LEED-certified architecture, and Green Certified operations. Of the three concepts, one is fast-food, one is fast-casual, and one is upscale full-service.
 
12/5/2007 VSAG begins work for the North Dakota Farmer's Union developing the next generation concept of the NDFU's "Agraria Restaurant" concept. The 8,500 square foot new concept focuses on "farm to table" and is slated to open in Q3 of 2008 in the I.M.F. Building in Washington DC, just blocks from The White House. LEED Certified and owned by American Family Farmers, VSAG is thrilled to be leading this project from development through opening, and then ongoing as the Management Company.
 
10/10/2007 VSAG announces successful development and launch for Client Cooppie's, American Scratch Cooking (www.cooppies.com) in Dallas, TX.
 
8/14/2007 VSAG announces the opening of DISH, a food experience, in Scottsdale, AZ (www.mydishmarket.com). This 12,000 sq.ft fresh food market and full-service wine bistro is a culinary delight, serving thousands of guests per day.
 
7/15/2007 VSAG congratulates Client, Callaloo Cuisine, on a successful open and launch in Broadlands, Virginia. (www.callaloocuisine.com)
 
6/10/2007 Another successful concept develop and launch, VSAG announces the opening of Chocolata Cocoa Bar in Houston, TX (www.chocolatacocoabar.com)
 
3/27/2007 VSAG's menu development services expand to include the full range of dessert, bread and pastry recipes and systems with the addition of Executive Pastry Chef/Baker Colleen Hilker to the VSAG team.
 
1/28/2007 The VSAG team expands, with the addition of Wendy Lynch, Vice President of Recruiting.
