Mike Vucurevich led The Cheesecake Factory, as Senior Vice President, for over 10 years. Michael designed the operational systems and led and developed the team from store two through the IPO, growing CCF into a $125M/year publicly traded company. Michael and Dan joined together in January 2004 to form Vucurevich Simons Advisory Group. VSAG provides advisory and restaurant consulting services, markets, bakeries, caterers and supermarkets with a fresh food component. VSAG is an operations based firm, with expertise ranging from day to day systems surrounding food, labor, service and profit all the way through concept operations design and enhancement. Michael is an expert at creating new profit for clients. Applying best practices learned over the past 30 years, along with his knowledge and skills developed while leading The Cheesecake Factory, eatZi's Market and Bakery, and Copeland's of New Orleans. VSAG has regional offices in Austin, Texas and Bethesda, Maryland. Although VSAG has many clients in the Washington DC Metropolitan area, the client base extends across the country, from DC to Houston and California. |
